Committee on Infection Control Guidelines

The Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) will be appointing new physician and infection control and prevention professional members to the Steering Committee on Infection Control Guidelines.  This national, multi-disciplinary committee is responsible for ensuring the development and maintenance of current Canadian infection control guidelines.
 
Expectations of committee members are that they review draft guidelines, serve on guideline development working groups, and attend the yearly Steering Committee meeting.  Travel expenses and accommodation for Steering Committee meetings are covered by PHAC.
